Sogo Ishii Is running a crowd funding campaign to rase funds for his new film Self Revolutionary Cinematic Struggle. The film is being funded through motion gallery and will be a feature length film with no stars. The film is being crowd funded as its the type of film that will be hard for the Japanese public to just accept. The film is scheduled for a March 18threalise. The film is meant to showcase the theme of the fun of being in movie theatre and the overall experience of this. The idea is for the film to have a proper theatrical release in Japanese cinemas.

The film centres around Sogo Ishii a film professor at university that disappears after being driven made by his idea of self-revolution work. His university professors then decide to take up the work themselves. A student then tires help whilst one of the professors’ tires to track down Ishii which leads him to a cave. At the same time the students use their teacher’s text to get lost in a labyrinth reminiscent to a movie.
