Ukrainian filmmaker Myroslav Slaboshpytskiy is directing a film called The Tiger starring Alexander Skarsgard and will be produced by Darren Aronofsky. Set in eastern Russia in the late 1990’s the film follows a group of men called The Tiger Team who work to protect an endangered tiger from poachers and logging operations. The film follows the team leader Vanzin who is tasked with hunting down and killing a tiger in self-defence.
