The film follows Chisato and Mahiro as they are hunted down by fellow assassins and brothers Makoto and Yuri Kamimura. Baby Assassins 2 is a fun entertaining film that is worth a watch.
The direction in the film is good because the film has such a tight not cast the characters bounce off each other well and work well together. The mood of the film is interesting. The film is ultimately a comedy with funny moments however the film also has serous moments of tension and doesn’t skimp on its brutality. The style of the film is good. The film has a wacky over the top comedic style with a sense of realism to make the film funnier and enjoyable.
The acting in the film is good. Saori Izawa does a good job as Mahiro Fukugawa the more strait laced of the duo. Akari Takaishi does a good job as Chisato Sugimoto the more comedic of the duo. Tatsuomi Hamada does a goo job as Makoto the more strait laced on the duo make assassins. Yuri Ksmimurs does a good job as Joey Iwanaga the more over the top of the duo.
The writing in the film is good. The film has a decent plot of assassin going after each other and executes it well making an engaging story. The comedy in the film is good and really helps to sell the film. The characters are all well-defined and good in the film. What is great about the film is a parrel between the four main characters and how they link with heath other. The film is not really about the assassination it is about the struggles of day-to-day life and how these are more stressful that the Killings for all the characters making for an interesting parallel and the funniest moments in the film.
The cinematography in the film is good. The camera work is not amazing however the shots in the film are solid and make for well shot action scenes. The special effects in the film are good. The practical blood effects are good and complement the action well making for good gory violence.
Baby Assassins 2 is a good fun funny entertaining film that is worth a watch
